Where we deliver
Singapore only. We do not ship overseas at the moment. If you are outside Singapore, contact us before placing an order to check whether we can help.
What it costs
Delivery is free on every order in Singapore. There is no minimum order.
That includes a single Vplus Formula box (S$112) or a Vplus Family tub (S$362).
How long it takes
Place your order before 2pm on a working day and we usually pack it the same day. Delivery then takes 2 to 3 working dayswith tracking. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
If you opted in to WhatsApp updates at checkout, we will message you when it ships and when it is out for delivery. If you did not, the tracking link goes to your email instead.
If something goes wrong
- Nobody home. The courier will leave a card and try again the next working day.
- Wrong address. Contact us within an hour of ordering. We can usually update the address before dispatch.
- Damaged in transit. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace it. You will not need to return the damaged one.
- Nothing after four working days. Contact us with your order number so we can follow up with the courier.
