Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Order on this site: add to cart and check out with PayNow or card. If you'd rather talk to a person, WhatsApp us and we'll take your order there, no account needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayNow, Visa and Mastercard. Bank transfer is not available at online checkout. If you would rather pay another way, WhatsApp us and we will help. All prices are in Singapore dollars and include 9% GST.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. WhatsApp us as soon as you can. We usually pack orders the same or next working day, so the earlier you message, the easier it is to catch before it ships.
Do my Indigo Rewards points expire?
Yes. Points expire 365 days after you earn them. You can see the expiry date for every batch of points on the Rewards page in your account.
How do Indigo Rewards work?
You earn 1 point for every S$10 you spend, and 1 point is worth S$1 off a future order. You can start redeeming once you have 5 points, and points expire 365 days after you earn them.
Do I get a receipt or GST invoice?
We email a receipt with every order. Indigo Lifestyle is GST-registered, so if you need a full GST invoice for your records, ask and we'll send one.
Subscriptions
How does a Vplus subscription work?
Pick a subscription when you order. We ship on your cycle, every 30, 60 or 90 days depending on the pack, and charge the card on file on the day we ship.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. Skip any delivery from your account up to the day before it ships, and you can un-skip it again if you change your mind.
Can I pause or cancel?
Pause or cancel any time from your account. There is no lock-in and no notice period. Changes apply to your next delivery.
When am I charged?
On the day your box ships. We email you 3 days beforehand so you can change or skip it, and the price we quote in that email is the price you pay.
What if my card fails?
We will message you with a secure link to update it. Nothing ships until payment goes through, and you are never charged twice for the same delivery.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free across Singapore.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm ship the same working day; later orders ship the next. Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 3 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If anything looks stuck, WhatsApp us and we'll chase the courier.
Do you ship outside Singapore?
Not yet. We deliver within Singapore only. If you're overseas, WhatsApp us and we'll tell you when that changes.
Returns & product care
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
Can I return a product?
You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. As these are consumables, we can't accept opened products. If something isn't right, talk to us and we'll sort it out.
How should I store the product, and where's the expiry date?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. It does not need refrigeration. You'll find the expiry date printed on every box and sachet.
How do I know I'm buying from an authorised seller?
indigolifestyle.com is our official store. If you've seen our products sold elsewhere and want to check that the seller is authorised, WhatsApp us and we'll confirm.
