Terms of sale

The terms that apply when you place an order with Indigo Lifestyle.

Who you are buying from

Indigo Lifestyle Pte Ltd, Singapore. All prices are in Singapore dollars and include 9% GST.

Placing an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when Stripe confirms your payment. We then email you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil it because of stock availability, a delivery-address issue or a pricing error, we will let you know and refund you in full.

Pricing

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: GST included, and delivery included on every order. We show any applicable charges at checkout. If we have made an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before taking payment.

Payment

Stripe takes payment on their secure page. We never see your card details. Your order is confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment.

We accept PayNow, Visa and Mastercard. Bank transfer is not available at online checkout. If you would rather pay another way, WhatsApp us and we will help.

Subscriptions

If you order on a subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel it.

The billing cycle matches the delivery cycle: we charge for each delivery on the day it ships.
The price is the price shown when you signed up. If it changes, we tell you before the change applies.
You can cancel through your account before the change deadline shown for your next delivery.
Cancelling stops future deliveries. It does not refund deliveries we have already sent.

Indigo Rewards

You earn 1 point for every S$10 you spend.

1 point is worth S$1 against a future order.
You can redeem from 5 points.
Points expire 365 days after you earn them.
Points have no cash value.
Points are forfeited if your account is closed.

Images on this site

We create some of the photographs on this site, including most article illustrations, with AI image tools. Product images are based on photographs of the real pack. No image on this site shows a customer, a medical result, or a before-and-after comparison.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
