A simpler school-day morning
School mornings leave little time for counting, finding bottles and checking who has taken what. A small amount of preparation can help. Start with breakfast, water bottles and school essentials, then fit any supplement use a professional has advised into that routine.

Choose a reliable reminder
Use something that already happens, such as filling water bottles or setting out breakfast, as a reminder. The product itself should stay in its original packaging in a dry place out of children’s reach, away from the kettle and sink.
If more than one person takes Vplus, keep a written record of each person’s directions. An adult should count and supervise the amount a professional has advised for any child. Do not leave loose tablets by the door or on an unattended breakfast table.
Prepare before the morning rush
- The evening before, wash bottles and organise bags. Keep the supplement pack closed and stored as directed.
- At breakfast time, check who is taking the product and the correct directions before opening it.
- Count tablets when you need them, then close the Family tub straight away. Keep each person’s amount separate.
- Record who has had their serving if another adult may take over. A missed serving does not call for extra tablets the next day.
Adapt the order to your household. Allow enough time to check and count without rushing; breakfast and getting ready for school can continue around it.
Choose the pack that suits your household
The Formula box has 31 sealed sachets of twenty tablets. The Family tub contains 2,560 loose tablets of the same formula. Sachets save counting; the tub offers a larger supply for one regular user or a household.
Count the tablets to measure each serving. Divide 2,560 by the household’s total daily use to estimate how long a tub will last. Use the amount a professional has advised for any child.
