Taking Vplus when you work shifts
For a night worker, morning can fall as the main sleep period begins. The published Vplus directions recommend morning use before food, but they do not define a separate schedule for rotating shifts. Check how to adapt the timing rather than treating every wake-up as a new day.

Start with the printed directions
Indigo’s published directions say twenty tablets once or twice daily, with morning use before food recommended. Follow the directions on your current pack.
Show a pharmacist your usual waking, meal and medicine times if you need a different schedule. Once you have an appropriate plan, use a regular event such as your first meal preparation as a reminder.
A short nap is not a reason to take another serving. Record actual times when your routine spans midnight.
Be careful on roster changeover days
Moving from nights to days can put two reminders close together. Check what you have already taken before following the new clock time. Do not add tablets to match a new shift.
If you are unsure when the next serving should fall, ask a pharmacist rather than inventing a “personal day” rule. Medicine schedules should take priority over a convenient supplement reminder, following professional advice.
Keep the pack easy to find and properly stored
Choose a dry cupboard or other suitable place near the start of your routine. Keep a written reminder near your water bottle if you need to store the pack elsewhere.
Sealed sachets are convenient to carry. Keep them away from heat and moisture, including a hot car, and retain the label details. A Family tub can remain at home if that better suits your routine.
Keep a simple record
A note on your phone or roster can show when you last took a serving. It helps during overtime or split sleep. If you miss one, do not take extra tablets to catch up.
Vplus does not compensate for missed sleep or make fatigue safe to work through. If tiredness is affecting work, driving or daily life, seek appropriate support rather than changing the supplement amount.
