How to store Vplus at home and when travelling

Keep the product in its original packaging

The Formula box contains 31 sealed sachets of twenty tablets. Leave each sachet sealed until you need it, and keep it with the carton information so the directions and date remain available.

The Family tub contains loose tablets. Close the lid as soon as you have counted out your tablets, use clean dry hands or utensils, and follow any instructions about the desiccant supplied. Do not add improvised drying materials to either pack.

If you are using part of a sachet under professional advice, ask how to store the remainder. Folding it over does not restore the original seal.

Choose a dry indoor location

A cupboard or drawer away from the sink, kettle, hob and bathroom is a practical choice. Keep the product out of children’s reach and away from direct sunlight.

Check the pack for temperature limits or refrigeration instructions. Do not refrigerate it to keep it away from humidity; opening a cold pack in warm air may introduce moisture. Follow the manufacturer’s directions for the product you have.

What if it was left in a hot car?

An intact pack does not guarantee protection from prolonged heat. You cannot judge the product’s condition after exposure by how it looks.

Set it aside and contact us with the pack, batch details and what happened. If we cannot confirm its condition, replace it rather than guessing. Do not use tablets from damaged, wet or compromised packaging, or beyond the printed date.

Packing for a trip

Carry the quantity you need, following your own directions, and keep sachets sealed and labelled. Retain the carton or clear label photographs. Check destination requirements before travelling because supplement rules differ.

At your destination, choose a dry spot away from sunlight and the bathroom. Keep unused stock with its date and batch information when you return.
