Check each person’s directions

The Formula box and Family tub contain the same Vplus tablets. Each weighs 200 mg and contains Chlorella sorokiniana, spirulina and the Indigold blend.

Indigo’s published directions say twenty tablets once or twice daily, and recommend morning use before food. Follow the directions on your current pack.

For an older adult taking medicines, ask a doctor or pharmacist to check suitability and advise on any change to the serving. Children, pregnant people and those breastfeeding also need individual professional advice before use.

Work out how long each pack lasts

The Formula box contains 620 tablets in 31 sachets. The Family tub contains 2,560 loose tablets. Divide the tablet count by your household’s total daily use to estimate the supply.

Keep each person’s serving separate

Choose one responsible adult to count when needed and keep a record if people take Vplus at different times. Use clean, dry hands or utensils and close the tub after use.

Do not leave dishes of tablets out overnight, least of all with children at home. Keep the original label accessible. If a person needs a different preparation or timing, confirm it with a pharmacist instead of adapting the whole household’s routine.
