Vplus for the whole family: children, adults, seniors.

Vplus is one small 200 mg tablet for everyone in the house. The count changes from one person to the next. This page sets out the count we suggest at each age, and when to ask a doctor before starting.

The principle

One tablet. The count changes with age.

Vplus is whole food pressed into small tablets. A child takes fewer of the same tablets an adult takes, and the count grows with them. One box or tub serves the whole household.

Ask your doctor or pharmacist how many tablets suit your child before you start. Adults follow the serving on the pack.

For a young child, crush the tablets into food or a drink.

Stage by stage

One formula for every age in the house.

Families have taken Vplus across the age range for years. The sections below show the usual way each group takes it, and the one question to ask before they start.

01
Toddlers (2–3)

Crushed into food or a drink

Crush the tablets and stir them into porridge, yoghurt or a drink. Ask your doctor or pharmacist how many to give.

Under two: ask a paediatrician first, as with any supplement for a young child.
02
Children (4–12)

Whole or crushed, by age

Ask your doctor or pharmacist how many tablets suit your child. Many children swallow the small tablets whole by five or six. Crush them until then.

Start with the amount your doctor or pharmacist suggests.
03
Teenagers

Their own sachet

Ask your doctor or pharmacist whether a full sachet, the adult serving, suits your teenager. A sealed sachet in the school bag keeps the routine going on school days.

Take with water and breakfast rather than on an empty stomach.
04
Adults

The label serving

One sachet of 20 tablets once or twice a day, as the label directs. Most of our customers take one with breakfast.

If 20 at once feels like a lot, split the sachet across the meal.
05
Pregnancy & nursing

Ask your doctor first

Vplus is a food, and research on chlorella in pregnancy and breastfeeding is limited. Talk to your doctor before starting or continuing.

We answer product questions. Medical questions belong with your doctor.
06
Seniors

Small tablets, flexible count

The tablets are easy to swallow, and the count can come down if a full sachet is too much. Many older customers take half a sachet.

If you take blood thinners, check with your doctor first, as chlorella is rich in vitamin K.
!Under-twos, pregnancy and breastfeeding, regular medication (blood thinners in particular, as chlorella is rich in vitamin K) and anyone under medical care: speak to a doctor or pharmacist before starting. Vplus is a food supplement, not a medicine, and does not replace a varied diet.
Which pack

For one person, the box. For a household, the tub.

Vplus Formula is 31 sealed sachets of 20 tablets, 620 in the box. It suits one adult and travels well. Vplus Family is the same tablets loose in one tub of 2,560tablets, a little over four boxes’ worth, so each person counts out their own amount from one supply.

Same tablets in both packs. The tub costs less per tablet.
Prices in SGD and include GST. Delivery within Singapore.More about the Family tub
