Ordering and asking questions on WhatsApp
On WhatsApp you can ask our team about a pack, request label information or check an order, and keep the reply to refer to later.

When a conversation is useful
You may want to compare the Formula box with the Family tub, check a delivery detail or ask for an ingredient photograph before deciding. In a message you can explain the question in your own words.
For repeat orders, tell us which product and quantity you want rather than assuming we will repeat a previous order. If you are ordering for someone else, confirm their preferences first.
Information we can provide
- Current pack sizes and prices.
- Product ingredients and printed directions.
- Available label photographs and batch information.
- Order and delivery details relevant to your purchase.
Include the product name or a clear photo if you are unsure which pack you have. For an existing order, send the order reference so the team can find the right details.
Questions about health or medicines
We can provide the label for a doctor or pharmacist to assess. We cannot diagnose symptoms, prescribe a personal amount or decide whether Vplus is suitable with medicines, during pregnancy or for a child.
If a healthcare professional needs a specific product detail, send us their question. Keep personal medical details to the minimum that question needs. If you have urgent symptoms, contact medical services. Do not wait for a chat reply.
When to expect a reply
Our contact hours are Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm. If you message outside those hours, the team will reply when they return. We may take longer to reply when we have many enquiries.
You can also call +65 6634 7796 or email info@indigolifestyle.com. Before paying, confirm the product, quantity, total price and delivery details. You can ask about a product without placing an order.
