Your first two weeks on Vplus

How to begin, follow the directions and respond to symptoms.

Before opening your first sachet, check the ingredients and directions on the pack. There is no fixed timetable for what you should feel after starting Vplus. Use these first weeks to establish a practical routine and notice whether the product agrees with you.

What might you notice?

You may not notice any obvious change. That does not tell you whether you need a supplement, and a noticeable sensation is not proof that it is working.

Foods and supplements can affect stool colour or digestion. If you notice a change, note when it began and whether your diet or medicines also changed. Symptoms are not evidence of detoxification.

You do not need to feel different by a particular day. If diarrhoea, pain or vomiting persists, seek medical advice rather than waiting for it to settle.

How to establish the routine

Indigo’s published directions say twenty tablets once or twice daily, and recommend morning use before food. Follow the directions on your current pack.

  • Take the tablets with water, one at a time if needed. You do not need to swallow twenty in one mouthful.
  • Keep the pack in a dry place that meets its storage instructions, out of children’s reach. A reminder near your breakfast things can help.
  • Check with a pharmacist before changing the amount, timing or preparation. A smaller amount may not be the right answer to discomfort.
  • If you miss a serving, do not take extra tablets to make up for it. Return to your usual directions.

When to stop and get advice

Stop taking Vplus and seek medical advice if you develop a possible reaction or symptoms that concern you. Trouble breathing, throat or tongue swelling, or collapse needs emergency help. Do not restart after a suspected allergy without professional advice.

Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before starting if you take medicines or have a medical condition. For children, pregnancy or breastfeeding, ask the relevant healthcare professional about suitability first. Our team can provide the product details they need.
