How much Vplus should I take, and for how long?
Take twenty tablets, one sachet, once or twice daily, in the morning before food, as your current pack directs. Below are the practical answers on continuing, stopping and missing a serving.

What do the directions say?
Indigo’s published directions say twenty tablets once or twice daily, and recommend morning use before food. Follow the directions on your current pack.
Each tablet weighs 200 mg. Twenty tablets weigh four grams in total; that is the weight of the tablets, including the formula’s ingredients, rather than four grams of each algae species.
The published directions allow once or twice daily use. That does not mean you should add a second serving to make up for a missed one or to seek a faster result. Ask a pharmacist if you need advice about which routine is appropriate for you.
Is there a set course?
The published directions do not specify a three-month course or a schedule of breaks. Decide whether to keep buying Vplus by considering your diet, budget, preferences and any professional advice you have received.
You do not need to finish a box because you started it. If you are using Vplus with medicines or under professional advice, check before making a change. Changes in vitamin K intake can matter to people taking warfarin.

What if I miss a serving?
Do not take extra tablets to make up for a missed serving. Resume the routine in your pack directions. If you cannot remember whether you have already taken it, skip it rather than add another serving.
A calendar tick or a phone reminder can help. If more than one person uses the same pack, keep each person’s record separate. After travel or several missed days, you do not need to compensate with a larger amount.
When should I ask for help?
If you feel unwell after starting, stop and seek advice rather than reducing the amount and waiting for symptoms to pass. Bring the pack and explain what you took and when symptoms began.
Our team can clarify ingredients, pack counts and printed directions. A doctor or pharmacist should advise on symptoms, interactions or a personal serving amount.
