Should I take Vplus before my morning coffee?
You can keep your morning routine without timing every sip of coffee. The useful starting point is the Vplus direction to take it in the morning before food. The published directions do not state a waiting time for coffee.

A simple morning sequence
Have a glass of water ready, then take the tablets at the amount stated on your current pack. Swallow them one at a time if that is more comfortable, without rushing. Continue with breakfast and your usual drink.
Indigo’s published directions say twenty tablets once or twice daily, and recommend morning use before food. Follow the directions on your current pack.
Do I need to wait ten minutes?
The published Vplus directions do not specify a waiting time before coffee or tea. You do not need to add a ten-minute interval to those directions.
Swallow the tablets with water. Do not assume that coffee cancels Vplus or that a particular waiting period increases its benefits. If your medicine has instructions about coffee, food or supplements, follow those and ask a pharmacist how to arrange the routine.

What if I have already had breakfast?
Do not take extra tablets because you missed the usual time. Check the pack and ask a pharmacist about a different regular time if mornings often do not work for you.
Taking the tablets one at a time within a serving is different from dividing a serving across the day. Check before changing the amount or schedule. The same applies if taking them before food causes discomfort.
Make the routine easy to remember
Keep a reminder beside your breakfast cup, and store the product as directed. A sealed sachet can travel with you; keep it away from heat and moisture and retain the label information.
Choose a routine that you can follow on workdays as well as weekends. You do not need a special drink, water temperature or coffee ritual.
